fast-flux networks – a few things we should know

Most of you do, of course have a very good idea what a fast flux network (Please click on the link, Login as guest – click on this link again and voila free access) is and what kind of damage it may cause to all of us. But

spam,
spim,
SPIT,
spyware,
Trojan,
virus,
worm or
malware

are ever more often becoming a greater threat, especially if an infected PC or bot is becoming a member of a botnet, that is being used as a fast flux network to persue criminal activity or cybercrime.

Recently the Honeynet Project wrote a nice paper about this topic:
